OUR STORY
Dooney's Barber & Beauty Academy was birthed by power couple Duwayne Brown & Sheronda Blanton in 2019. Dooney's Academy is a certified, legitimate, sanctioned, and licensed Barber/Stylist Practitioner School registered with (TDLR) TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING & REGULATIONS. Dooney's Academy has been in countless local television, and magazine news stories. Dooney's Academy was recently featured on Dallas Fox 4 News (Clarice Tensely) [Here's To You] as a hometown hero for offering FREE hair cutting services to senior citizens, Veteran's, and the homeless. Dooney's Academy is also a member of the Dallas Texas Mayor Eric Johnson's (Franchise Initiative Program) overseen by Carlos White.
